You have several different options to request a waiver, and will need to provide the required documentation listed below:
Email: Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with ‘Waiver Request’ in the subject line
USPS mail or Drop-Off in the Clayton Lobby: Collector of Revenue, 41 S. Central Ave, Clayton, MO 63105. Please include your phone number in case of questions.
After all documentation has been received and processed, the waiver will be mailed or emailed to you. Please allow time for processing and/or mailing.
Offices: Our Clayton location and the North and South County satellite offices are open. Please schedule an appointment for the location of your choice and be sure to bring all required documentation, wear a face mask and be prepared for a possible wait.
