Psychological Evaluations for St. Louis County Children and Adolescents

2020-2022 Core Award - $6,128,000.00

UMSL's Center for Behavioral Health (CBH) provides psychological evaluations with recommendations for treatment and aftercare services. CBH evaluations often assess for learning disabilities, and for behavioral or emotional difficulties such as anxiety, autism, depression, aggression, school-related problems, peer and family relationship problems, poor attention, hyperactivity, and eating concerns. CBH also provides therapeutic assessments to help children who are currently in therapy. In addition, CBH offers violence risk assessments, diagnostic assessments, and psychosexual evaluations. Following the evaluations, clients receive the help and support they need to transition to recommended aftercare or treatment services.
