Youth and Family Advocacy Program

2020-2022 Core Award - $255,000.00

The Youth and Family Advocacy Program (YFAP) provides legal representation and supportive social work case management to unaccompanied youth and families with children who are at-risk of or experiencing homelessness. YFAP also provides small group workshops to youth, families, and service providers on legal rights and responsibilities. A modified wraparound service delivery model is employed. All services are offered for the purpose of preventing or ending the devastating cycle of homelessness thereby improving quality of life, including behavioral health outcomes for youth and families with children.
